Tennis Elbow Pain in Forearm?

Tennis elbow pain is not limited to your elbow.  Since TE is a result of the muscles of the forearm straining the tendon connecting them to the elbow, you can feel pain in the forearm muscles when they strain that tendon.

Since TE pain is not confined to the elbow, icing, heat pads, and compresses and/or other remedies that you are applying to your elbow should also be applied to the forearm.  This can really help get rid of pain and aid your recovery.

Some pain, numbness, and tingling in parts of the forearms unrelated to elbow pain is evidence of trigger points, not a TE problem with your tendon.  If you have pain in your forearm but none in your elbow, try this part of the trigger point therapy codex to see if your pain isn’t really TE.
